Do I need to be a Costco member to get an eye exam?

• No, you do not need to be a Costco member to get an eye exam. Simply tell the greeter at the front of the store that you have a scheduled exam with the independent doctor of optometry inside the store.

How long is my eye prescription valid for?

• Your eye prescription is valid for 1 year for both contacts and glasses.
